In Guilford County recent trends continued. February inventory was down and prices were up as a result. Days on the market continue to shorten.
It will be interesting to see how dropping interest rates that are a partial result of the Coronavirus concerns and the resulting economic slow-down, will affect home buying and selling in the coming months. There’s lots of noise in the news about how housing will react. In February it seemed not to have any effect on Guilford County’s hot housing market.
