In September, the news in housing continues to be the crazy short days on market. Average days shrank in the county, in Greensboro and in High Point compared to September 2018.
Average sales prices were almost flat to last year in the county and they actually declined in High Point. Greensboro average price growth remains robust with a 4.4% growth over the prior year. Inventory is still a problem with declines in the county and High Point and Greensboro remaining even to last year. It is definitely still a sellers’ market.
